Book a drum group for weddings, company events and parades

We play live samba reggae at your event, loud and without any power supply. We play in Vienna and anywhere in Austria, further afield on request.

How we play

  • Stationary

    On stage, in a square or a courtyard: a set with full sound that gets the audience dancing.

  • Walking act and parade

    We drum our way through streets and festival grounds. Good for carnival parades and openings.

  • Surprise performance

    Suddenly we are right in the middle of your party. Works well at weddings, birthdays and company events.

Occasions

  • Wedding

    For the entrance, after the ceremony or as a surprise in the evening: drums get everyone on the dance floor, the relatives too.

  • Company event

    Summer party, anniversary, opening or Christmas party: we play in the courtyard, or indoors if the room is big enough.

  • Street festival

    We need no stage and no sound system, just room for the band. When we drum, people stop and listen.

  • Carnival and parade

    Samba reggae is street music. In a parade we set the pace. Please ask early for carnival dates.

  • Demo, sports and charity

    We drum for good causes, at runs and rallies. As a non-profit association also on a donation basis.

Technical details

Power
Not needed, we play unamplified. For very large venues please talk to us beforehand.
Line-up
At least one person per type of drum, more on request. We advise you to suit the venue.
Playing time
Usually about 30 minutes in one go. Other splits are possible by arrangement.
Space
Depends on the line-up. We need room to the sides and above, but we adapt.
Volume
Loud. Indoors we need some distance between the band and the audience.
Bad weather
Whether we move indoors when it rains, we settle when we make the arrangement.
What helps us
A room to change, do make-up and warm up quietly, plus water for the band.

Fee

We agree on the fee individually, depending on occasion, length and travel. As a non-profit association we also play charity events on a donation basis. The income goes into instruments, rehearsals and workshops.

Ask for a performance

Ideally two to three months ahead, a short-notice request is still worth a try. The more precise your details, the faster you get an offer. Fields without a star are optional.
